Two people found dead inside of semi truck stopped on highway shoulder

Two people were found dead inside of a semi truck pulled over onto the shoulder of a highway in South Dakota on Tuesday.
The incident happened on June 8th in the southbound lanes of Interstate 29 near mile marker 35.
According to The Argus Leader, the South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation has not released the identity of the two “adults,” but suspect no foul play.
“The DCI is not looking for suspects, nor is there any threat to the public at this time and the investigation is ongoing,” the release said.
Autopsies have been completed, but no details regarding cause of death have been released.
The investigation is ongoing.
